BEACH BASHING
WOR's Annual Beach Bash was everything that was hoped for... with sun and the moon, beautiful weather, beautifully spirited people and a mixing of all types of racquetball players and enthusiasts.
The matches where competitive and for those playing for the first time, challenging. All were fun to watch. Players, locals and spectators alike, all together laughing and smiling all in the spirit of our game.
Also present was the spirit of hospitality. With Florida's first family the Bernsteins providing food all day for everyone, it was indeed a family affair. This event typifies what World Outdoor Racquetball's mission is all about. It's an important piece of racquetball today.
As with almost all outdoor events, hundreds of photos have been uploaded on Facebook of this event. It's a key part of how we share our sport and continue to experience events today.
