When we came up with the idea of Restrung Magazine, we knew that in order to make it work, we will have to dig deep into the personalities that make up our sport. It's that richness and difference that collectively make our communities so interesting. Within our game, Rhonda is a known quantity. Outside of the sport, she is a person who has many interests and passions as do players from across the nation and the world for that matter. Even though those things affect her play, they are rarely seen or talked about when we are indulging in the sport. She is our first person of interest and our hope is to reveal more and more of who she truly is, as long as with our future featured personalities, so that it may connect us in commonality, difference and culture. Rhonda walked into the Soho studio in an open mood. Parts of her were fighting to reveal themselves as she eased herself into the shoot. She eventually found her way in front of the camera as some aspects of her personalities began to emerge. She was at some times a determined and wicked woman and at other times a shy girl. It was noted that "...she doesn't even have a sense of how cool she really is."
